Single coaching session
A one-off coaching session can make a real difference, offering you a moment to reflect on your goals, why you want them, and start to create a plan to get there. In 50-minutes you can come away with clarity on your first action and plant a seed of motivation. You will also get to experience what coaching is all about and how powerful it can be.
Whether this be wanting to make lasting improvements to your diet, increase movement in your week to feel fitter and stronger, or reduce the negative symptoms that stress is causing, this session can help you get started. We will work on understanding your goal and why you want it, and together come up with a plan of action that feels achievable, exciting and most importantly, something you can stick to.
